The CAB is an independent international school and pre-school in Fontainbleau, France. The school has a kindergarten for (3-5 years) and elementary school (6-11 years).

 The school applies the programs of French National Education, but also uses methods active learning, inspired by 'l’Ecole Nouvelle' pedagogues. 

CAB puts students at the centre of their learning. Our teaching philosophy values, teaches and helps to nurture the whole child.

In CAB, a English or German is taught from as young as 3 years old, as well as French. Language learning is around 45 minutes per morning in kindergarten, and six hours per week in elementary school.

CAB benefits from small class sizes: numbers are limited to 24 students per class, with frequent work in small groups.

The CAB provides an international and multicultural education. Children of up to 20 different nationalities and cultures meet at CAB. This cultural mix allows students to meet other habits and lifestyles.

As an independent school, CAB is managed entirely by the parents association. Therefore, parental involvement desired and encouraged by teachers.
